A sophisticated method (technology) to balance the interests of the persons interested in the corporate management is presented herein. Therefore a general step-by-step concept is worked out and a detailed characteristics of the technological stages is provided. The practical requirement and the eventual application of this approach was proven by its approbation in 42 public limited companies. Its relevance is illustrated with typical characteristics on the grounds of the elaborated and analyzed balance of interests of the persons interested in the public limited companies. It was verified, that the main methodological approach enriches the instruments for interest balancing.

The static and dynamic market disequilibrium are presented as follows: the Edgeworth box is discussed in order to demonstrate the advantage of the role of negotiations on the market to the tâtonnament role in the Walrasian static equilibrium model. In this context the equilibrium method devised by Marshall is an acceptable solution of the Edgeworth ambiguity. The idea of the static disbalance of Edgeworth is substantiated. This concept is projected in the dynamic perception of the Walras-X. The comment is summed up.

The impact of international economic relations of the new EU member states are investigated. The trends of their involvement in imports and exports of goods and services are formulated, highlighting the reflection of the crisis on the state of balance of payment. The influence of the capital flows and the external financing on the economic sustainability of the newly member states is evaluated. The inflows and outflows of foreign direct investments are analyzed in view of the balance of payment status as a prerequisite for stability and to determine the effect of the global financial crisis. Conclusions are made on the sustainability of the member states to utilize the integration advantages in their interrelations with other countries and regions.

Two alternative methodological approaches for evaluation of the technical efficiency are compared: the Data Envelopment Analysis - DEA, using linear programming techniques and the Stochastic Frontier Analysis - SFA, being a parametric, econometric approach. The study is based on data on 130 agricultural producers, registered in the South Central and the SE planning regions being member of producer organizations between 2005 and 2008.

The focus is on the opportunities to achieve a good management of the public corporations by setting up committees to the corporate boards. The nature of the good corporate management is highlighted, proposing three levels and specifying the place of the corporate board in this process. The necessity of establishing such committees is elucidated, presenting the main types, generated in practice. The requirements for setting up an audit committee in the public corporations in Bulgaria are introduced pursuant to the amendments of the Law on the independent financial Audit from July 2008.
