The study gives reasons for the necessity of a transition to a new model of economic growth, determined by the achieved level of technological and scientific development, by the new challenges and objectives of the society development that impose attractive policy at macro and micro level for generating a growth that will respond to the new model.
Revealed are the most substantial characteristics of the new sub-industrial model of economic growth, namely the model of competitive, sustainable, managed, continuous, intensive (resourcefully and costly economic) and effective (profitable) growth.
Suggested are methodical instruments that include a system of indexes for estimation of the type and character of the growth or fall at micro level in the industrial enterprises, which will allow a better management of their economic development.
Suggested are models and methods for optimization of the reserve of resources in their distribution and use, as an important premise for increase of the effectiveness from the use of engaged capital and for decrease of the resourcefulness and the cost of the production.

The mass privatization exercised and is still exercising a serious and wide influence on the process of restructuring the national economy. One of the most serious directions of this influence is the forming of a new structure of forms of corporate control in the enterprises that have been privatized in this way. The whole variety of concrete forms of corporate control defines the structure of the corporate control in a certain country and exactly this newly emerging structure in the enterprises, privatized through the mass privatization, is presented in this study. Its objective is to analyze the actually emerging forms of corporate control as well as to determine the role and significance in this process of the scheme for mass privatization, the privatization funds with their strategies and capital market.
The study defends the classical science tradition of Berle and Means that the exercising of an effective control over the corporation (resp. its managers) is determined by the scales and distribution of the shareholders' participation in its capital. Based on this approach the study presents the conception of majority, resp. minority control, as well as the practical analysis made of the structure of shareholders' participation in all 1040 enterprises from the first wave of the mass privatization. It studies consecutively the legal frame of the privatization, the role of the privatization funds and the capital market, and the concrete structure of the corporate control. The study concludes that the emerged structure of the corporate control in Bulgaria differs substantially from a control in a country with a well developed market economy such as Great Britain, and that the emerged concentrated forms of control do not contribute to the development of the stock market in Bulgaria.

The composition and the meaning of the factors and procedures for defence of banks under special supervision are analyzed. A new original method is proposed for complex valuation of the financial-economic condition, experimented into the practice of the former Yambol Commercial Bank with respective methodical scheme of the indicators.
The special attention is drawn to the peculiar cases in the legal statut of the debtors in the condition of privatization, isolation, insolvency and liquidation. Studied are the opportunities for taking actions for formation of investigation cases and searching for responsibility from legal debtors to the bank.
Prepared are the basic moments in the legal-economic protection in the disclosed judicial procedure for announcement into inslovency.
The objective of this work is to rise the effect of acts of questors for achievement of the banks into the insolvency and to make them attractive institutions for eventual buying which is the case with Yambol Commercial Bank Ltd.

This paper search on the characteristics and factors of the hidden economy. There are examined problems, concerned with the theoretical models of tax evasion and tax fraud. Finally it is discussed the possible fiscal decisions against growing hidden economy.

The attempt for a semiotic interpretation of the economic-mathematical problem in Agriculture is motivated by the necessity of finding out an extremely simplified and universal method for working out the great variety of economic-mathematical models for specific objects and concrete tasks. This method is made out by representation of an economic-mathematical model in Agriculture as a sign-system, i.e. as an object of semiotics. U. Eco's theory for producing of sign-systems is applied. Finally, the semiotic interpretation promotes the in-depth study of the system analysis in the agrarian economics.

The specifics of international markets have substantial influence over the technology for export pricing decisions. This applies to markets with significant price dynamics, such as international pulp market. The main aim of the research is to build up a technology for constructing of export price strategy for the international pulp market. The research lead to development of a price-forecasting model in international pulp market.
