Defined is the concept of transition. Reasoned is the thesis that the transition is neither accidental nor is due to subjective management mistakes. It is objectively determined by the fact that the socialist experiment as a "diversion" from the civilization development doomed to delay the countries from Central and Eastern Europe comparing not only to the economically most developed countries, but to the world. The change is determined also by the forming in the world "new economy" - eco-socially-market, from tertiary-information type, capable to integrate in the world networks.
Drawn are the constituting principles and referent models of the newly emerged market economies. They explain why the transition looks like a "conservative revolution". Made is comparison between the principles, on which the Anglo-Saxon and German-Japanese model lay.
Presented is a generalized estimation of the growth of the countries in transition and is outlined the place of the countries (incl. Bulgaria) in the transformation process. Pointed are the reasons for divergence of the countries in transition and is analyzed the significance of the type of the economic policy. Reasoned is the conclusion that our choice should be undoubtedly towards liberalism, combined with the strategic role of the state.
Defended is the thesis about the transition as a dualistic process, i. e. about its dirigible and spontaneous character. The both sides provoke conflict of the emerging market logic with the quasi oligarchy way of the change, set in the nature of the transition. Interpreted are some criteria for finalization of the transition.

This study is an introduction to the problem of the homogeneity of the monetary (value) estimations of the production. Discussed are the questions connected with the participation of the money and the prices in the measuring of the value volume of the production. The homogeneity of the monetary estimations is defined as comparability between the monetary estimations (the value) of different products (goods and services) examined during the same period of time. Introduced is the term "static comparison of the value volumes". Made is comparative analysis between the comparability of the static volumes in dynamic and static aspect. In dynamic aspect compared is the value of certain product in different periods: the differences are a result of the change of the prices and inflation between the two periods and are determined through the use of different prices and deflators. In static aspect the value of a product is compared with the value of other products during the same period of time. Studied is the question in what conditions is the value of a product comparable to the value of another product during the same period of time and when are these conditions present.

It is examined the problems, connected with the Methodology for improving of the Homogeneity of the statistical information for production evaluation in connection with its perfecting in accordance with the Eurostat Requirements.
It is suggested different approaches for making of the statistical units for an observation with the purpose of improving of the Homogeneity of its conformed information.
It is showed the influence of the Underground Economy and the Inflation on the Homogeneity at evaluation of the output.
It is elaborated some methods for measuring of the Underground Economy for branches and for all Economy in connection with the improving of the Homogeneity for the assessment of the production results.
It is examined a lineal model and model for transforming of the input/output matrix indicators by means of factor for the value with reading time factor and rate of the inflation at the determination of its value for reaching of the product Homogeneity and Homogeneity of its monetary assessments in the System of the national accounts.

The study synthesizes the studied by the author foreign ideas and experience on the applying of monitoring of the business and especially of the tourism. Developed is the idea that the monitoring is a management function, through which continuously is gathered information for the execution of a preliminary determined strategy, policy or complex program, for a revision of the real events without counting the established positions. Pointed out is that in the current conditions of continuously sharpening competition, development of new technologies and globalization, the business needs continuous observing of the current changes. The monitoring reveals the differences in the behavior of the firms or organizations concerning the planned positions, initiates "the coming back" to the right path till the final execution of the set objectives and tasks or modifies them.
The specifics of the tourism that make it strongly dependent on many factors are studied as a premise for monitoring. The lack of monitoring of the Bulgarian tourism makes the firms and organizations less flexible in the difficult conditions of forming the Bulgarian tourism market. Recommended is an execution of monitoring using the studies of the World Tourism Organization for the indicator of the tourism, the methods of the satellite calculation and the index of the tourism invasion, as well as the experience of the developed tourism countries.

The main aim of this research is to investigate and to assess the status and the changes in the structure and quality of the labor force, in the system of education and training, and their relation with the transformations in the economy of the country. In connection with this purpose, a substantial characteristic of the alterations in the macroeconomic environment and in the structure of the economy, these are important preconditions for the changes in the structure and the demanded quality of the labor force is done. The main tendencies in the labor supply and demand in an educational-qualificational aspect and their dependence on the restructuring of the economy are investigated. Some of the most important changes in the system of education and training are analyzed in connection with the necessities of the economy, of the labor market and with the establishment of the directions and policies for the development of this system.

Examined are the economic policy and the economic development in Greece after its incorporation to European Union in 1981. It is evaluated the macroeconomic Policy about the Investment. It is outlined the effectiveness of the Incentives System by means of revealing its weakness and the discrepancies for lack of branch and industrial Policy. It is shown ineffective functioning of the government Organs. It is made Proposals for improving the incentive System of the Greek Economy.
